This series of photographs explores a future of Higgins south of the Higgins Bridge (in the Hip Strip) that reallocates space in the right of way to add a protected bike lane. The first image shows existing conditions. The second image shows the added bike lane, infill development and rehabilitation of existing buildings, as well as street trees.
